Why 80% off?

For years we made shoes the same way — cut, lasted and finished by hand, built to be resoled instead of replaced. We never chased a season and we never cut a corner to hit a price. We are closing our doors, and every pair still on the shelf leaves at a fraction of what it cost to make. When a size is gone, it is gone — these lasts will not be cut again. Not a promotion. A farewell on our own terms.

Description

The Belgian is our sleek and sophisticated take on an iconic loafer. Its chameleon-like versatility pairs effortlessly with everything from denim to black tie. Soft, colour-matched rubber soles elevate this version to a new level of comfort, making it ideal for home or when navigating the city.

Details
  • Unlined construction, soft from first wear
  • Small leather bow across the vamp
  • Slip-on shape, low-profile silhouette
  • Pairs well with denim or tailoring
  • Wipe clean and condition lightly
Fit & sizing

Fits true to size – take your usual size

If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — leather softens and moulds to your foot within the first week.

Care
  • Rotate between wears and insert the shoe trees after use to retain shape and minimise creasing.
  • Use a shoe horn when putting them on and take them off by hand to protect the heel.
  • Brush or wipe the leather upper after wear to remove dust and light surface marks.
  • Clean with a leather cleaner when needed, then apply a thin layer of cream or polish if the leather looks dry.
  • Let the sole dry at room temperature if it becomes damp and keep away from direct heat.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What our customers say

Real photos from our customers

Daniel Frei

Tried them on the sofa at home first. Really soft, and the low profile looks good with cropped trousers.

Verified
Nico Huber

walked the beach boardwalk in these, no socks, and they felt crazy light the whole time.

Verified
Tobias Brunner

Used them in the garden for a few hours, just slipping in and out while doing stuff. The little bow keeps them from looking like plain house shoes.

Verified
Felix Baumann

slipped them on for balcony coffee, and the bow just works with jeans.

Verified
Martin Schuster

Nice with tailoring at the gallery, super soft and light. Bow's a bit more noticeable than I expected.

Verified
Jonas Keller

for the farmers market, they were easy on and off, and the unlined feel made them stay cool.

Verified
Lukas Meier

on the boat trip they stayed comfortable, even with denim, and the soft leather moved right away.

Simon Gasser

at the hotel lobby, they looked right with a blazer and still felt like slippers. not stiff at all.
